Hello fellow shoppers! We have some exciting news to announce. For those of you attending the Wallingford Porsche meeting in June, you had a sneak preview, but this the official introduction for everyone. For the past few months, we have been hinting about an upcoming special announcement. Well, the time is now!

You may remember that in 2021, the CVR Store offered a limited edition collection to celebrate the 50th Anniversary of the Pink Pig’s first appearance at the 24 Hours of Le Mans. For that collection we featured both the 917 Pink Pig as well as the 991 RSR Pink Pig. This collection proved to be very, very popular with CVR members, so we have decided to continue with a limited edition collection this year.

2022 marks the 25^th anniversary of the introduction of the Porsche Boxster. For many people, the Boxster was their introduction to the world of Porsche. (In fact, the first Porsche I ever drove was a yellow base model Boxster on a test drive at the old Pray Porsche back in the late 1990’s.) To celebrate this anniversary, the CVR Store is announcing a special limited collection celebrating 25 years of the Boxster. We will be offering a full line of shirts, hats, jackets, etc. for purchase through the CVR store. The Boxster logo was specially designed by CVR Vice President Shelley Krohnengold and will only be available through the CVR Store. 

We are currently working with the art department at our fulfillment company QBOS on finalized artwork, but it will be based on the logo below. Please note that this logo will NOT be the finalized version, but the design will be very close to this. At the time of this writing, we are awaiting the finalized proofs and we expect to have the Boxster 25^th anniversary collection available for purchase this month, the exact date is currently TBD. We will notify the members once the items have been listed.

Please remember that this will be a limited-edition collection available only in 2022. We may rotate items in and out of the collection as well, so if you see something you like, buy it when you see it. It may not last too long. 

We will still have our ongoing CVR Club Race collection available for a short time longer, but it will be removed from the store shortly, since it is also a limited-edition collection.
