If your family, friends, and crew at this event will include a minor (anyone under the age of 18) please now carefully review the attached Minor Waivers 2024. Please note that NO exceptions can be made to the Minor Waiver requirements.

PCA Minor Waivers 2024

Waiver And Release Of Liability And Indemnity Agreement For Minors As Observers Only

WAIVERS:

Everyone (Club Race* and guests, crew, family, minors, friends, staff, transporter drivers, volunteers, etc.) wishing admittance to the track must sign the appropriate required PCA Waiver AND have attached an event wrist band. Everyone is required to wear an event wrist band while on track property. Swapping or sharing wrist bands is not allowed and will result in expulsion from the event.
The PCA Waivers must be printed in color – so that the red lettering appears.
Many tracks now require that their own waiver be signed for admittance to their facility. A track waiver is NOT accepted as a substitute for a PCA Waiver.
Special Waivers are required for all minor children.
· All waivers must be signed and dated by the registrar (as a witness) with the event info at the top of the waiver fully completed.

All wrist bands must be attached by you or your staff.
Do NOT give a wristband to someone ‘for their friend or child’.
