DESCRIPTION:Please join us for the second “in-person” CVR monthly meeting program for 2022!!! Mark your calendars for Thursday evening June 16th\, 5pm – 7pm. CVR has been invited by Porsche of Wallingford to visit their dealership for an introduction to the new 2023 Macan.   \nAs you know\, the Macan has been a tremendous sales success for Porsche often winning the title of “best-selling Porsche model” over the last few years. Even my wife and I bought one and can testify to what a great vehicle it is! Not wanting to mess with a good thing\, Porsche has been careful when making updates to the Macan and has made sure to evolve the model in a way that only improves upon its already successful formula. 2023 brings the third version of the Macan to the showroom floor along with a new trim level\, the Macan T (T stands for Touring). DESCRIPTION:For September your CVR programs group will be sitting down with the Keller family for the latest installment of our Virtual monthly meeting series. The Kellers are long-time CVR members who enjoy collecting and driving Porsches. The latest addition to their Porsche family is a 1961 356B Super 90 coupe which they acquired two years ago. They enlisted the assistance of Jim Newton and the team at Automobile Associates of Canton to perform the work. Since much of the car had been disassembled 50 years ago\, the original project direction changed and the end result is a modified car with many personal touches. Join us as we sit down with Rob\, Mike\, and Lynn to hear about the restoration journey\, what they went through\, and the spectacular machine that now resides in their garage. We’ll have the car on hand and you’ll be provided with a virtual tour of this fascinating automobile.
