Weather for the 2019 CVR PCA Concours d’Elegance at the Farmington Polo Club couldn’t have been better. The sky was bright blue with a few puffy clouds, the sun was strong and there was a light wind to keep things cool. And the cars that showed up…they were as special as the day.
