The People’s Choice Concours is an annual social CVR Club event that allows you to meet with other club members and those who own the same model/generation of car.  Cars will be judged by Class.  There will be 12 classes in total, one class for the 356, six classes of 911, one for Boxster/Cayman, one for front engine 924, 944, 968 and 928, one for Cayenne, Macan, Panamera and Taycan and one for 914.   All Turbo-charged Porsches will be in a special display and judged as one class.

In the past we have given out two ballots to anyone who contributes to our featured charity, but this year everyone will get one ballot and may vote for two cars in each class.  The ballot will have space for you to write-in what you liked about the cars you chose and we will tabulate that for the awards ceremony.

We are also looking for model “ambassadors” for each class except the 996, where we already have several volunteers.   All we want  Ambassadors to do is to be a resource for new owners who have questions.  No special experience is required except that you should like to talk about your car and enjoy being helpful.  In exchage, all Ambassadors will get a free breakfast sandwich.

There will be a food truck for breakfast and coffee.  Balloting ends at 10:30 a.m. and the award ceremony will begin as soon as all the ballots have been counted, but no later than noon.

This event will also support the Protectors of Animals, a non-profit, primarily volunteer, no-kill organization whose mission is to increase the quality of life of all dogs and cats in the communities it serves.   We will collect donations of pet food and supplies or cash at the entrance.  PLEASE BRING PET FOOD  and PET SUPPLY DONATIONS.

Set your GPS for 162 Town Farm Road or look for Entrance “C”.  Prior attendees will note this field is adjacent to and north of the actual Polo field, which will be under repair.  There will be two celebrations here, one for the Special Display Cars and one for the Concours.
