Start – Dunkin’ 1315 Boston Post Rd, Madison, CT

Rest Stop – Gillette Castle State, 67 River Rd, East Haddam, CT

This run will start a bit early to beat the traffic. Meet up between 7:00 – 7:30 am, driver’s meeting at 7:30 am with departure at 7:45 am.

This run begins in scenic downtown Madison and will end in Norwich close to Route 395. We will head north out of Madison on some very scenic roads, and then zig-zag east into East Haddam. We’ll take a break at Gillette Castle before a twisty drive to Devil’s Hopyard, about halfway into the run. We’ll then dip south into Lyme, CT before chasing some curvy roads into the quiet corner of Connecticut.

Total drive is 101 miles. Easy access to Route 395 at the end of the run for returning north or south.
