Welcome to the March update from the CVR Store. In this report, we are going to bring you up to date with some style suggestions for the upcoming spring season. We will be discussing our next limited-edition offerings for Club Race. We will also be doing a new feature: the CVR Store Product Profile. This will appear from time to time to highlight some of the offerings within the store and provide some additional comments on the items from the people that actually own them.

We know that March is here when the milkshakes at a certain fast-food restaurant are available in the same shade of green as a certain 968 that we all know and love. It also means that spring is on its way! So, it’s time to clean out your closets and make way for your new CVR gear for the warmer weather. But, don’t forget, when you are at those early morning coffee runs, it can still be quite chilly. The CVR Store knows this and has you covered. One of the more popular items in the CVR store, the Eddie Bauer Embroidered Full-Zip Microfleece Jacket is a great choice for this time of year. It features the CVR logo on the left chest and a contrasting “Eddie Bauer” logo on the left sleeve. The 100% polyester microfleece construction is lightweight but also keeps you quite warm.

I find myself wearing mine quite often. It’s dressy enough to wear in the office for the times the heat (or air conditioning) is not quite adjusted properly and you want to stop shivering! It’s also casual enough to wear out to a monthly CVR meeting or when you go out to dinner and want to make the owners of those other sports cars envious because their gear isn’t as cool as the gear from CVR!

While the CVR Store website lists this as a ‘Classic” fit, I did find that the sizes ran a bit big for me. I usually take an “XL”, however, with this jacket, I was more than happy with a size “L”. Of course, your experience may be different. This is not a bulky jacket; in fact, the cut is on the snug side, so this layers perfectly under another jacket for those chilly early mornings at Club Race.
