AutoX Art Trending!

Many years ago an aspiring artist hauled a red couch to the most rugged ends of the earth to be the unifying focal point of the photos that captured your eye and your imagination. Now it seems these may have inspired some CVR members to start a new trend; taking their CVR AutoX Art to famous Porsche shrines, bringing those hallowed places closer to home for the rest of us. With the latest AutoX Trophy Art capturing one of my favorite Porsches, the 917LH Hippie Car that happens to live fairly close by, who will be the first to get that shot?

Continuously serving on the CVR Board since shortly after joining in 1979, and now also as national PCA AutoX Chair, my real drive and enthusiasm comes from sharing the pursuit of “Better Driving…Faster!” with others, both at DE and AutoX events, from race tracks to parking lots to go-kart tracks. The creativity of making new AutoX-University courses to highlight different driving skills allows me to express the freedom and fun only experienced when driving truly flat-out! Addicted to all things Porsche since 1970, I’ve worked at exploring Porsche focused artwork and photography since then in a relentless pursuit of capturing the Porsche form and passion.
