Hello everyone!

As the new CVR Community Service Chair, I wanted to share a list of our planned Community Service events so you can mark your calendars and help us make a difference in our communities.

In partnership with CVR’s Annual People’s Choice Concours, we will be holding a pet food drive to benefit Protectors of Animals. Please plan to bring cans or bags of dog and/or cat food to earn an extra ballot when you attend the event.

On October 22, CVR will be hosting Coffee with Wayne Carini to benefit Autism Families CONNECTicut. Check out Wayne’s newest “finds” and get an update on his latest adventures. A food truck will be on-site, with food and beverages for purchase. Attendance will be limited so stay tuned for registration details.

At our Annual Meeting we will be collecting Toys for Tots. More information will follow later
this year.
