Starting work on another new year of Challenge is always somewhat of a bittersweet experience, I will of course miss working with the regulars that I have gotten to know over the last few years, but then again there are also new board members and activity chairs who are just starting out as well.

This is our last issue of 2018, it covers both the months of November as well as December, because once again CVR will be producing a color calendar in lieu of a twelfth issue of Challenge.
As many of you already know, the October rally was the last rally organized by Lon Hultgren and it turned out great. Even though it was a little damp in the morning, the weather cooperated and we even had some convertibles with the tops down.
