Coffee Runs Columns

Southern Berkshire’s Coffee Run

Please join us on Sunday, June 4, 2023 for a beautiful run on some of the sweetest Porsche roads in the Southern Berkshires. The route is approximately 95 miles of twisty back roads, with wonderful scenic mountain views and tree-covered lanes.

We chose a starting point near Bradley Airport. At 9:00 a.m. we will have a short drivers meeting and depart at 9:30. From there we will travel west to the little town of Barkhamsted and then north along the Farmington River, up into Massachusetts turning east in Otis and looping south to Westfield. In all, you will go through a half dozen state forests!

There will be a planned rest stop with bathrooms, coffee, food, and gasoline about 60 miles in and a lunch stop at the conclusion for those that are interested, at the Ranch Golf Club in Southwick MA. Each party is responsible for paying for their lunch, as is customary.

Please be sure to download the route and be ready to use the “Ride with GPS” app on your cell phone.
